Veal
Parmesan
1 lb veal cutlets
1/2 lb spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated salt and pepper
1 jar Pelino's Family Original
Flatten
veal with tenderizer. Brown in olive oil. Place in glass baking dish,
cover with sauce and then cover with cheese. Add salt and pepper. Bake
at 325 degrees until soft. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Serves 4.
