Noodle Lasagna
Sauce:
2 Jars of Pelinos Sauce
2 Pounds of Beef
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
2 Cloves of Garlic sliced
1 tsp. of each: Thyme, Basil, and Italian Seasoning
3 TBS. of Worchestsire Sauce
1 Cup Water
Brown beef,
onion, pepper, garlic and seasons until well done. Stir in 2 jars of
sauce, water. Slow cook over med. heat for several hours or use your
crock pot. If you need more sauce you can add but this should be fine.
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
6 onions sliced thin
5 Zucchini Sliced thin
2 pounds of Fresh Spinach
1 16oz Ricotta Cheese
2 eggs
1 pound Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Sauteed onions
and zucchini in olive oil and set aside. Steam spinach until limp and
set aside. Mix Ricotta cheese and two eggs together and set aside. In
13 x 9 pan layer: sauce, onions, zucchini, ricotta cheese, mozzarella
cheese, parmesan cheese and then repeat Bake on 325 for 45 minutes.
Even my son
loved it and he did not want to try it because of the veggies. This
is so good!!!!! Must try it.
