lb ziti noodles
1
lb ground beef or sausage
1 lb mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 jar Pelino's Mama's Red Bell Peppers & Onions
Cook noodles in salted water, drain and set to side. Fry beef or sausage,
drain off fat. Mix cheese (saving some for topping), beef or sausage,
and Pelino's sauce in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Cover with rest of cheese
and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
